Where do you ship from?
All NOOKI orders ship from Edmonton, Alberta — stocked and shipped within Canada, so there are no customs fees or long overseas waits.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet — we currently ship across Canada only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. After that, delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
What are my shipping options and costs?
- Standard — $9.95 CAD, arrives in 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Free Shipping — on all orders over $79 CAD, arrives in 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Expedited — $23.99 CAD, arrives in 1–3 business days after shipping.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Is checkout secure?
Yes — our checkout is fully encrypted and secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at Ivy@topikclothing.com within 24 hours and we'll do our best before it ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging.
Can I return a bed my dog has already used?
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on any item that has been used or washed. We know you'll understand — it keeps every bed fresh and safe for the next little one. Opening the box to take a look doesn't count as used.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality issue, NOOKI covers the return shipping and makes it right with a replacement or a full refund. If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility — and we'll guide you through it.
How do I start a return?
Just email us at Ivy@topikclothing.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and checked your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog from nose to tail and add a few inches of room. Our Mini, Standard, and Plus sizes are designed to suit different breeds.
What if I order the wrong size?
No worries — just see our return policy above.
Product & Materials
Are your beds safe for pets?
Yes — we use pet-safe, hypoallergenic, low-allergen materials.
Are they good for older dogs or sore joints?
Our OrthoFlex mattresses offer zero-pressure support that eases joints for more natural, restful sleep.
Are the covers removable and washable?
Yes — the covers are removable and machine-washable. Wash on cold and air dry to keep them fresh.
