Care
Only the outer cover is washable — the foam core cannot be washed. Unzip the chenille cover and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle (30°C / 86°F), then tumble dry low or air dry in the shade. Do not bleach, dry-clean or iron. Washing less often helps the cover keep its water-repellent finish.

The wide tread keeps every step steady, the anti-slip base holds it in place, and the thick backrest flips over into a floor cushion for you — kinder on their joints, and a place to sit while you keep them company.

Jumping down from a bed sends a hard shock through a small dog's kneecaps and hips. A shallow 30° slope lets them walk instead — and the wavy steps give each paw a flat place to land, matching the way dogs naturally climb.
The 19.69" wide tread gives steady footing on the way up and down. Dimensions are approximate; allow a little tolerance for the plush cover. Not recommended for large dogs. The wave slope and tread width are sized for dogs up to 33 lb (15 kg) — a heavier dog can still use the stair as a step, but the climb geometry is not built for them.

- Workmanship: severe loose or broken stitching, zipper failure, torn fabric.
- Structure: the foam core collapsing or losing its shape under normal use.
- Accessories: missing or damaged parts on arrival (please share an unboxing video or photos).
- Improper use: chewing, scratching, punctures or tears, unauthorized modification, sun exposure or high-heat drying, washing the foam core, or odor/mildew from prolonged damp conditions.
- Reasonable variation: slight colour differences, ±0.4–1.2″ hand-measurement tolerance, minor pressure marks or creases (air out to restore), and normal wear.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or washed can't be returned or exchanged. Opening the box to take a look doesn't count as used. We know you'll understand — it keeps every bed fresh and safe for the next little one.
