Care
Keeping the bed fresh is simple. The ice-silk cushion cover zips off and is machine washable — cold, gentle cycle (30°C / 86°F), then tumble dry low or air dry. Give the steel frame a quick wipe with a damp cloth and let it dry. Please don't wash the cushion core, and skip bleach, dry-cleaning and ironing so the cover keeps its cool, silky feel, snooze after snooze.

Every Floating Cloud Bed ships with a silent non-slip floor mat. It sits under the frame so the bed does not travel across the room when your dog jumps on, and it takes the click out of steel feet on hardwood or tile. No squeak at 3 a.m., no dragging across the kitchen.

Only the cushion cover is washable — the cushion core and frame cannot be washed.
- To extend its protective performance, wash less often.
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle (30°C / 86°F).

- Do not bleach, dry-clean or iron.
- 30-day returns: request within 30 days of delivery — item in its original, unused condition with all packaging.
- Quality issues: submit within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping damage: contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right — keep the outer box, shipping label and photos/video.

- Workmanship: severe loose or broken stitching, zipper failure, torn fabric.
- Structure: weld failure, frame breakage or structural sagging.
- Accessories: missing or damaged parts on arrival (please share an unboxing video or photos).
- Improper use: chewing, scratching, punctures or tears, unauthorized modification, sun exposure or high-heat drying, washing the cushion core, or odor/mildew from prolonged damp conditions.
- Reasonable variation: slight colour differences, ±0.4–1.2″ hand-measurement tolerance, minor pressure marks or creases (air out to restore), and normal wear.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or washed can't be returned or exchanged. Opening the box to take a look doesn't count as used. We know you'll understand — it keeps every bed fresh and safe for the next little one.
