Care
Keeping your pup's bed fresh is simple. The cover is removable and machine washable — just follow the care label. Air it out now and then and store it somewhere dry to keep the cushion fluffy and supportive, snooze after snooze.

Slips over the NOOKI OrthoFlex mattress and hugs it on all sides. Spills, accidents and shedding stay on the surface — pull it off, wash it, put it back.
A composite backing blocks liquid from soaking into the mattress, while the surface still breathes.
Brushed face fabric feels gentle against fur and skin — comfortable for long naps.
An elasticated edge wraps right around the mattress, so the sheet stays put and goes on in seconds.

The fitted sheet is fully machine washable.
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle (30°C / 86°F).
- Tumble dry low, or air dry in the shade.
- Do not bleach, dry-clean or iron.
- To keep the waterproof layer working, wash less often.
Pick the same size as your OrthoFlex mattress. Dimensions are approximate; the elastic hem allows a little tolerance.

- Light Blue — fresh and calm.
- Dark Grey — deep and understated, keeps marks well hidden.
- 30-day returns: request within 30 days of delivery — item in its original, unused condition with all packaging.
- Quality issues: submit within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping damage: contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right — keep the outer box, shipping label and photos/video.
- How to apply: start a request from your order page, or message our support team.
- Workmanship: severe loose or broken stitching, failed elastic hem, torn fabric.
- Function: the waterproof layer failing under normal use.
- Accessories: missing or damaged parts on arrival (please share an unboxing video or photos).
- Improper use: chewing, scratching, punctures or tears, unauthorized modification, sun exposure or high-heat drying, or odor/mildew from prolonged damp conditions.
- Reasonable variation: slight colour differences, ±0.4–1.2″ hand-measurement tolerance, minor pressure marks or creases (air out to restore), and normal wear.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or washed can't be returned or exchanged. Opening the box to take a look doesn't count as used. We know you'll understand — it keeps every bed fresh and safe for the next little one.
